ABOUT ISTE
ABOUT OUR COLLEGE
National Engineering College,
the most prominent landmark of Kovilpatti, has been the crowning glory
of the Matchless City of Matches. Its celebrated
'Son of the Soil' Kalvi Thanthai Thiru.K.Ramasamy
transformed the entire social and cultural
scenario in and around this small town by establishing
the excellent educational institution popularly
referred as "NEC". By wielding the magical wand of social
commitment and munificence this foresighted philanthropist
transformed a strip of barren land into a
magnificent academic complex that
has been consistently producing infallible
engineers of high competence right from the
day of its inception in 1984.
Our college is an autonomous Institution which is approved
by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. It offers 7
numbers of B.E. / B.Tech degree courses and 9 PG degree courses in Engineering
and Computer applications. All the UG courses and MCA course have been
accredited by NBA, New Delhi.

ABOUT ISTE
The
Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) is the leading National
Professional non-profit making Society for the Technical Education System in
our country with the motto of Career Development of Teachers and Personality
Development of Students and overall development of our Technical Education
System. At present, ISTE has a very large and an effective membership base
consisting of more than 1,02,985 Life Members, 5,54,094 Student Members, 2410
Institutional Members (including IITs, IISc., NITs and other leading technical
institutions), 1214 Faculty Chapters and 1322 Students’ Chapters and 17
Sections throughout the country.

objective of this conference is to provide a platform for students, engineers
as well as in different disciplines from all over the state to present their
ideas and development activities in the field of Soft Computing and
Computational Intelligence. This conference provides opportunities for the
delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to
establish research relations and to find partners for future collaboration.

Full
length papers must be submitted on A4 size in MS Word format using Times New
Roman with top and bottom margins of 25mm,left and right margin of 20mm. Paper
title size 16(Bold, Capital), name of the author and their affiliations and address
size 12 and should be central justified. Abstract font size 10(Italics) with
single line spacing. Heading font size is 14(Bold),sub headings font size is
12(Bold),text font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing, aligned justified and figure
captions size 9. References should be listed as per IEEE Format. Full text of
paper, not exceeding 3000 words and an abstract not exceeding 250 words is to
be submitted to the Organizing Secretary through email istenec18@gmail.com.
The confirmation of the selected papers shall be intimated through mail on or
before 26/02/2018.The selected papers shall be presented by the respective
authors at the Conference.

CODE DEBUGGING:
Code
Debugging is nothing but,there will be a program in that some errors will
be available you have to correct and rectify it.In that there will be a 10
questions for the first round.Then the next round will be used to write
the program or there will be an empty space will be there.In that you have to
fill that and complete the program.
Rules:

Treasure hunt is a
game where the players find the hidden objects or places by following a series
of clues.
Rounds:
We have two rounds .First
round is quiz. In the second round we will be giving the clue. Based on the
clue they have to find the corresponding place and then solve the puzzle kept
there. Finally they will reach the place where the treasure is kept.
Participants who reach the treasure first will be the winner and the second
will be the runner.
